Dash.fi agents
Dash.fi sells four AI audit agents: ads, shipping, tariffs and AI tokens. I gave each one a character, replacing the earlier metal-hardware renders.
Ads is a cobalt browser window holding a cursor. Shipping is a jade parcel courier with a scanner. Tariff is a copper customs document with a stamp. Token is an ivory receipt roll with a magnifier. One family: satin metal with fine grain, two quiet eye slots, rounded arms, compact feet.
01 Four roles, one family
02 Same character, every time
I treated the characters like a brand system, not illustrations. A character reference fixes four master images, 20 exact-source detail crops and the identity rules every new pose has to keep, plus measured silhouettes and 12 briefs for future poses. Details are the identity: the parcel’s tape and label, the browser’s three dots, the stamp’s copper, the receipt’s torn edge.
03 On the site
On /agents the hero switches between the four characters. On /shipping the courier plays as a looping, transparent video over the page — tap to pause, with a still image when motion is reduced.
04 Dashies, the character library
Dashies is the team’s home for the characters: frozen references, pose candidates, motion studies, transparent web exports and every source file, with a workflow for making a new version without ever overwriting a master.
